Circle reviews the referral for fit, urgency and any immediate concerns.

Discovery Conversation
Where appropriate, Circle speaks with you to clarify the situation, desired outcome and information already available.
4.
Recommendation and Quote
Circle recommends a starting service, outlines the proposed scope and provides an estimate of hours and costs.
5.
Agreement and Service Delivery
Once the proposal and service agreement are accepted, the agreed work begins.
Funding and Fees
Circle services may be funded through the NDIS, aged care, insurance, organisational funding or private fee-for-service arrangements, depending on eligibility and the agreed service. Fees are based on the professional delivering the service, the applicable funding pathway, the agreed scope and the actual time worked. Circle provides an estimate before commencing work.
