Bringing the Whole Picture Together

People with complex needs can often feel stuck or unsupported despite having services in place. Individuals, families and health professionals alike, can encounter barriers to care because no-one is bringing the whole picture together.

Circle helps people, families and professionals make sense of complexity by bringing together information, services and perspectives, identifying what is missing, and helping address unmet needs.

Whether you are facing a new diagnosis, navigating complex systems, or trying to coordinate multiple services, Circle helps you understand what is happening, identify what is needed, and create a practical pathway forward.

We do not believe in creating unnecessary assessments or adding more complexity. People can access the parts of the Circle Complexity Management Modelâ„¢ they need, when they need them.

Why Circle Exists

Complexity rarely comes from one diagnosis, one service or one life circumstance. It often develops through the interaction of health needs, relationships, housing, daily life, risks, services and systems that may not be working well together.

Too often, the person or family is left carrying the burden of coordinating everything. Circle was created to reduce that burden and help build a shared understanding of the whole situation.

Our Approach

Person before Complexity

We start with who the person is, what matters to them, their strengths and what a good life looks like.

Use What Already Exists

We review existing assessments, reports and supports before recommending more work.

Make Complexity Visible

We identify how different factors interact, rather than producing another disconnected list of problems.

Turn Understanding Into Action

Assessment should lead to clear priorities, practical recommendations and coordinated next steps.

Right Expertise For The Question

Circle's framework is profession-neutral. The most appropriate discipline can be matched to the person and the purpose of the work.

Meet Christie and Brett

Circle of Support Services is founded by two nurses who have spent their careers walking alongside people during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. With over 30 years combined experience in Nursing Roles including Senior roles in Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs and prior background's in Disability Support and Aged Care, we’ve seen firsthand how powerful the right support can be — and how overwhelming health services can feel, even for people with a background in healthcare.

Our story is personal. We are parents, family members, and carers. We have lived experience supporting loved ones with disability. We know what it feels like to sit on both sides of the system — as supportive healthcare professionals, and as a family living the reality of disability and the NDIS.

In a previous life, Christie has had past roles in Business Development, Business Management, and we have combined experience in Property Development. We know all too well what a hard day's work looks like and appreciate the complexities associated with running a business.

Circle of Support Services was created to bridge these gaps-to support individuals, families and providers through, what can at times, be a complex journey.

Our approach combines clinical reasoning, person-centered practice, systems thinking and practical navigation, while keeping strengths, goals and lived experience at the centre.

The Circle Complexity Management Modelâ„¢

Circle's work is guided by the Circle Complexity Management Modelâ„¢, a practical framework designed to help people, families and professionals understand complex situations and identify meaningful next steps.

Rather than focusing on a single diagnosis, service or issue, the model considers the interaction between health, disability, mental health, relationships, daily living, risks, supports and systems. This helps create a more complete understanding of what is happening, what is working, what may be missing and where to focus next.

The model supports flexible pathways including assessment, formulation, navigation, consultation and review, allowing people to access the level of support that best meets their needs.
